Join us for the ALL Levels Yoga Stretch Workshop with

Tara Owens Antonipillai

 on Tuesday, April 4th from 7:00-8:15pm

Winter chill got you feeling "closed in"?

This 75 Minute stretch class will focus on reviving tiredmuscles and opening up tight areas of the hips, shoulders and back.  Using Yoga Straps and blocks, students will reach their true range of motion (ROM), and feel instantaneous relief of sore joints and muscles.

Yoga for All: An Introductory Yoga-Stretch class for Men and Women

Definition: ACSM, Personal Trainer and former U.S Army Lieutenant, Matt Michaelson will guide students through a series of Yoga inspired strength and stretch exercises specifically geared to open and lengthen hamstrings, hips, and back; Areas prone to tightness that can lead to chronic pain.

Matt will demonstrate proper technique using straps and blocks to teach students how to access range of motion while experiencing the "Ahhhhh" moment when a muscle is opened and released from backed up tension.

Join us Wednesday evening from 7:00 -8:15pm and receive a Complimentary Better Body Band to take with you for your at-home stretching.

How do I stay fit during Pregnancy? How do I modify my Pilates practice? How do I know what is safe so I can apply at home? This workshop will address these questions and many more.


Open to all current moms, moms-to-be, and any fitness professionals interested in learning about pregnancy and Pilates. The workshop will include a 45-minute workout, modified for all stages of pregnancy. Participants will be given exercises to stretch and strengthen during and following pregnancy to help foster a healthy and happy mommy and baby.
 

Be prepared to strengthen, lengthen and laugh with Addie and other Better Body moms!
