New to the Studio

Please arrive 5 minutes early to meet your instructor and if you need assistance in registering with us online.  Using our online MINDBODY system is an easy way to create an account.

We provide towels, water  and a serene environment to workout in. 

Packages and Scheduling

All packages and membership are created with expiration dates and are considered non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we offer a refund, there is a $50 processing fee.  The difference between the discounted price and regular price of any open packages or memberships would be deducted from the refund.  Please refer to our cancellation POLICY below for Equipment Sessions by appointment and our Group Mat Classes.

You can make an UNPAID reservation online for Virtual sessions. Just click on "make UNPAID reservation" online.  No deposit is required for Group Classes.  

We require reservations for all private and group sessions.  You may email us to schedule your first appointment.

Polices for Appointments

All sessions by appointment require a reservation and can be arranged according to your day and time availability.  These sessions include any class with Equipment.

Cancellations for all Private, Semi-Private, and virtual sessions must be made 24-Hours in advance to your appointment.

We are unable to offer refunds. 

Sessions are 50-55 minutes in length

Policies

Small Group session rates are based on the number of participants. To prevent injury, we ask that you arrive to your appointment on time for a proper warm-up.  

We have a 24-Hour cancellation policy for all sessions including private, semi-private and virtual sessions.

We are unable to offer refunds, or extend packages.

Studio Courtesy

Please remove your shoes before entering the reception and workout areas.  

Please turn off cell phones while in the studio.

Please show up on time to your class or session.

Please use your INSIDE STUDIO voice when Classes and Appointments are in session.

Please clean your equipment after your session including any apparatus you were on, mat, and return equipment to its original set up. Thank you!
